About
I became a psychotherapist because I wanted to be "that someone" I always wished I had in my life. Someone who believes in you when you lose hope in yourself, and get stuck in what seems like perpetual darkness. I feel that my job is to help shed the first stream of light into the darkness, so together, we can see the bigger picture. Collaboratively, we'll explore your hopes, dreams, and goals. I will help you navigate, and walk by your side, until you reach them, or you are confident enough to do it alone.
We all have answers within us, but we sometimes need a little help to get re-connected to that wise self. I hope to give you a set of life tools which you can continue to apply throughout your life, even after you leave therapy.
I think the key to happiness lies in learning to embrace our imperfections with compassion. A courage to be our vulnerable authentic self...I believe that is one of the main ingredients for a true connection to yourself and others.
