I work with individuals and couples regarding trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, stress, career, educational, transitions, marriage and blended family counseling. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Solution Focussed Therapy (SFT) depending on the needs of the client. We all experience moments in life that leave us feeling hopeless, sad, frustrated, angry or fearful. However, life is not meant to be lived in that place of darkness. If you are ready to take steps toward a better way to live, counseling can help.

I journey with clients by exploring the root of the issue while guiding them toward healthier thinking, acting and reacting. In particular, trauma and grief, if left untreated, can negatively impact daily functioning. I understand, empathize and want to help you heal so you can live life freely and joyfully. That's Hope!

I feel a special passion for helping first responders and military members overcome and heal from mental health issues - stress, anger, sleeplessness, irritability, depression, etc. I have seen how therapy has directly fostered positive change in the lives of men and women in uniform. Don't delay asking for help any longer. Go from surviving to thriving!
