If you’re carrying more than you can handle right now, you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can share your struggles and begin moving toward healing and a life that feels meaningful. My approach is caring, collaborative, and non-judgmental, and I specialize in supporting clients facing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, intense emotions, and relationship challenges. I work with both adolescents and adults.
I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-focused methods, including EMDR and Trauma-Focused CBT. With over 16 years of experience as a clinical social worker, I am passionate about helping clients create lasting change, build healthier coping skills, and develop greater self-compassion.
Starting therapy can feel like a big leap. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey of growth and healing. Please reach out if you’d like to schedule a phone consultation and see if we’re a good fit.
