I specialize in helping clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, out-of-control feelings, and relationship difficulties. I love working with adults and older adolescents.
I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-focused approaches, including EMDR. I have practiced clinical social work for over 16 years and am passionate about working collaboratively with clients as they explore their thoughts and feelings, make meaningful changes, and grow in self-compassion.
