Are you feeling stuck, alone, and overwhelmed? Looking for a safe space to share about your struggles and receive support? I would love to work with you towards your goals and towards building a life worth living. I greatly value creating a caring, collaborative, and non-judgmental space for individuals and families. I specialize in helping clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, out-of-control feelings, and relationship difficulties, including challenges in parenting. I love working with older children (9+), adolescents and adults.
I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-focused approaches, including EMDR and Trauma Focused-CBT. I have practiced clinical social work for over 14 years and am passionate about helping my clients experience positive change, including increased self-compassion.
Starting therapy can feel like a big leap. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you take a step towards positive change and growth. I'd love to hear from you if you would like to learn more!
