Hello! My name is Meg, and I would love to get to know you! Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating and my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, even on the messy, confusing, or “I don’t know what I’m doing with my life” days.
I work with individuals who are ready to understand themselves better, break old patterns, and build healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating — without being judged or rushed. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or past experiences that still show up uninvited, you do not have to do it alone!
My style is collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a conversation, not a lecture. We’ll explore what’s really going on beneath the surface, learn practical tools you can actually use in real life, and maybe even laugh once in a while (because humor is a coping skill too).
I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to grow. My role is to help you reconnect with your strengths, understand your patterns, and build confidence in your ability to handle life’s challenges — even the hard ones.
