My clients are adults experiencing challenges with anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, trauma, grief and loss. I believe deep listening can be an antidote to our increasingly challenging world. My therapy style is collaborative and strengths-based, helping people tap into their inner wisdom and resources. I am fascinated by people - their stories, challenges, interests, hopes, loves, struggles, and goals. I particularly enjoy helping people discover and change thinking and behavior patterns that are no longer useful, uncover neglected parts of themselves, and grow into the successful people they mean to be.

I specialize in the treatment of mood disorders, grief, trauma, and recovery from substance use and process disorders in adults 30+. I additionally provide supervision for social workers and addiction treatment clinicians.
