Anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, school-related challenges, and major life transitions can leave children, adolescents, and adults feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and unsure of what to do next. For the past 17 years, I have helped clients develop the skills, confidence, and practical strategies needed to navigate these challenges and move forward with greater resilience and self-understanding. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, school-related challenges, social-emotional difficulties, and life transitions.
I use evidence-based interventions, including CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT, and play-based approaches, tailored to each client’s needs. Together, we build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen executive functioning, increase resilience, and develop practical strategies for home, school, work, and relationships.
