I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 5+ years' experience in the Social Work field. I am passionate about working with adult clients struggling with issues involving anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma/abuse, life transitions/stressors, grief, and many other emotional and behavioral issues. As a trauma-informed therapist, I provide a safe, non-judgemental space for your healing and personal growth. My role is to equip you with healthier coping skills, increase emotional resilience, and instilling hope for a brighter future.
My therapeutic approach is individualized and strengths-based. I use a variety of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Brief-Solution Focused Therapy (BSFT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
I combine evidenced-based techniques with holistic interventions to support and empower you on your journey toward health and healing. We will work together as a team to explore your strengths, develop tools to overcome obstacles, and address your goals and concerns.
