I believe we are all creatures who seek deep meaning in our lives, through our desires, longings, joys, fears, sufferings and losses. We are also created for connection with others, and while these relationships have the potential to bring great joy, they may also bring great pain and struggle. Whether from relational discord or brokenness, or due to other circumstances in life, we can often fall into questioning, doubt and suffering, which can lead us to feeling stuck and overwhelmed in our lives. I offer a warm and supportive environment, where together we may address the areas of concern that you bring.
In our time together, we will explore your current and past relational patterns to gain insight into the origins of your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, as well as engage areas of life where you may be feeling stuck.
It is my hope that the awareness you gain in our time together will inform new ways of being that bring healing, wholeness, agency, and greater happiness to your life, wherever you may find yourself on your journey.
