Accepting new clients virtually ! I (She/Her) am a licensed therapist who specializes in helping clients of all ages cope with anxiety, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, depression, and adjustment-related issues such as managing the demands and stress related to academic pursuits and careers. I have years of experience in mental health counseling and have worked with individuals of all ages, genders, socioeconomic backgrounds, and identities. I have developed a track record of success through compassionate understanding and dedication to my clients.
My goal in practice is to guide and work with a client towards gaining better self awareness, skills, and tools to live a happier and healthier life.
As your therapist I will work alongside you to help you learn to identify your emotions, learn healthy ways to express yourself, and healthy and effective ways of communicating with others. Together we will also identify your strengths as well as possible unhealthy thinking or behavioral patterns and how they relate to your everyday experiences and emotions.
