I am not currently accepting new clients. I have a passion to empower individuals and families to overcome life's obstacles to improve their overall wellbeing. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and hold a master's level education in mental health counseling from Argosy University, Phoenix. I completed my bachelors in psychology in New York at Siena College. I have experience in treating clients dealing with a variety of issues: Anxiety, depression, mood disorder, parenting challenges, ADHD, grief and different forms of trauma. I have experience facilitating individual, family and group therapy.
My treatment modalities include, but not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. I am a certified Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) instructor and have a certification for animal assisted therapy.
I have a chocolate lab, Leo, a certified therapy dog who enjoys helping facilitate sessions as needed.
