Trained in Trauma Focused-CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Integrative Therapy. I have worked extensively with children, couples and families as well as individuals who have experienced trauma and PTSD (veterans, law enforcement, sexual abuse/assault, physical abuse/assault), and work with various types of addiction and addiction recovery.
There is not one of us who walks through life untouched by a life changing event. Therapy carries a stigma that there must be something "wrong" with us to seek therapeutic services.
