My passion is treating clients who have endured trauma. I'm trained in EMDR. I combine EMDR with narrative therapy to help clients resolve and reprocess the traumatic event. I love working with clients who suffer from depression, bipolar, and personality disorders. I also work with couples and families who are in crisis. I am also endorsed by the American Psychotherapy Association as a Board Certified Professional Counselor.
I also enjoy working with couples dealing with infertility and those who have lost children, especially those who have suffered loss via miscarriage, stillbirth or ectopic pregnancy. I am also certified as an Anger Resolution Therapist (CART) and can help with anger and rage issues.
I am an ordained minister in The Global Methodist Church. I incorporate spirituality into the therapeutic experience when and if a client desires that type of inclusion. I also work well with people of other faiths.
