I see clients ages 5 and up and work with both minors and adults. I continually strive to provide a judgment-free space where folx can explore their identities and navigate challenges with compassion, authenticity, and self-acceptance. I am LGBTQ+-affirming and have a particular interest in working with clients through religious and sexual trauma, depression, and anxiety. My approach is person-centered, drawing from Feminist, DBT, Mindfulness, and Attachment-Based Therapies.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education in 2006 and spent the following years teaching and in nonprofit work focused on community building, diversity, growth, and connection.
I believe that sexual safety and fulfillment come from communication, information, and the understanding of self and partner(s). It is an honor to share a counseling space with clients and I treat each session as such. I am proud to work at Cleveland Sex & intimacy Counseling.
