I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples/relationships with a history of trauma, anxiety, and depression. I am able to support both incorporating a client's faith into sessions and issues related to religious trauma. I enjoy working with neurodivergent clients and strive to always create an accepting, strengths-focused therapeutic space. As a member of the community, I love serving LGBTQIA clients. I also work with friends and family members actively working on their own ability to provide an accepting and affirming space for their LGBTQIA loved ones. Additionally, I love being a therapist to other therapists!
My background is in the community-based and group practice sectors working with a wide array of both adult, child/adolescent, and family systems issues. My therapeutic style is highly empathetic, non-judgmental, strengths-focused, direct, practical, experiential, and ultimately tailored to meet the needs of my clients as individuals.
I'm excited that you're taking the next steps to develop a healthier you. If you think we could be a good fit, please reach out. I am in the process of being credentialed with CBHA (including Medcost under the CBHA plan). I can provide a super bill OON.
