Meenal Jog is a psychologist, who has been practicing since 2020. She graduated from Lehigh University with a PhD in Counseling Psychology. Meenal believes in an integrative approach to therapy that borrows from relational psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, multicultural theories, as well as mindfulness, acceptance and compassion based approaches.
