Welcome to Meditative Minds Counseling & Wellness. Are you struggling with Anxiety? Depression? Past trauma? Feel you have come to a breaking point with your mental health? We can help! We are a collaborative team who provide a holistic approach to healing. We work with individuals, couples and children as young as age six. We have clinicians who specialize in using DBT, Mindfulness, Movement/somatic therapy, EMDR and yoga therapy for trauma. Together we can create a personalized healing plan for you.
We believe in a holistic approach to mental wellness, addressing all aspects of the self: social, emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual. We aim to be honest in a warm, caring way to help clients gain insight. Our ultimate goal is to help guide you on your own journey to healing.
Our first communication will be an intake session, which is fairly structured. You will have plenty of time to share your needs and we will evaluate if it is a good fit. From there, we will create a treatment plan that includes goals for therapy and the estimated time to complete them. HW is given from time to time with weekly check-ins on progress & growth.
