My work is for people who feel disconnected from their body, their spirit, or their truth- who have spent too long adapting, shrinking, or surviving instead of fully living. I am queer, South Asian therapist who specializes in working with deep feelers, highly sensitive people, and intuitives, often looking to break intergenerational cycles of trauma. I also work with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, spiritual seekers, and perfectionists. Those navigating complex PTSD, attachment wounds, narcissistic relationships or parental dynamics, and a lack of safety in intimacy also gravitate towards my work.
I earned my MSW from Columbia School of Social Work, where my studies focused on decolonizing therapy. My therapeutic approach is holistic, somatic, and relational. I integrate nervous system regulation, parts work (IFS), psychodynamic exploration, and mindfulness. Your personal spiritual, creative, or ritual practices can also be seamlessly woven in.
My therapeutic style is super real, warm, and radically compassionate. Clients say they feel seen, safe, and understood in my space. I laugh with my clients, challenge them gently but honestly, and intend for every session to be potent medicine.
