I specialize in psychological and neuropsychological assessments. The word "neuropsychological" may be overwhelming, but the experience does not need to be. I strive to find solutions that are "Skills Over Pills" when starting therapy. I am passionate about helping teens and adults that are struggling to better themselves. It can be scary to feel that you are “behind others” life, but I can help you refocus on the positive aspects of yourself and what you are truly capable of. I have experience with LGBTQ+, anxiety, depression, life changes, and trauma. I have worked with individuals, groups, and in hospital settings. I also taught parenting classes and have experience with career counseling. All of my experience is focused on guiding others along their journey.

I believe when an individual begins the therapy process with me that they will experience a safe, unconditional and non-judgmental environment. I always attempt to provide a solid foundation of listening and trust. No matter what brings an individual to the therapy process, you can always feel comfortable that I will help guide you through your struggles and difficulties in a down-to-earth recovery oriented manner. Being able to demonstrate positive outcomes though the use of quantitative measures has been able to provide concrete evidence to individuals that recovery, balance and overall wellness is possible.

It is my personal belief that when individuals experience any Stress, Anxiety, Panic, or Trauma - they feel that life is unraveling and discouraging. For the past 19 years I have been helping patients heal and learn to overcome life's unexpected challenges. I enjoy developing "specific plans" for patients personal needs. I encourage all my patients to learn healthy ways of changing negative perceptions about themselves and the world around them. I am trained as an EMDR Practitioner.

As a seasoned therapist of 32 years, I have a unique set of skills that allows me to assist in your healing. I practice the spiriutal concepts that I believe in and the healing techniques that I love. The techniques that I love the most are EFT, EMDR, Rapid Resolution Therapy, and Aroma Freedom Technique. These techniques allow me all that is necessary for us to heal your trauma issues or any other issues you may have. My passion is creating a space for all of us to unite and enrich your life.
