Quality Life Center is an outpatient behavioral health clinic that provides individual, couples, and family counseling, psychiatric and medication management. Our licensed therapists and registered interns provide counseling both face to face and teletherapy through video conferencing. Our psychiatrist and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management. Our office is in Duval county with appointments available Monday through Friday. Quality Life Center also offers case management services for children and adults as well as a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program for adults 18+.

I am currently specializing in depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, body image struggles, eating disorders, trauma, and life transitions. In addition, I do have experience in a variety of other specialities ranging from daily high functioning struggles to crisis care. I utilize integrative techniques from a variety of therapeutic modalities with a focus in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic (Trauma) Therapy, while also maintaining a collaborative approach.

I attended Nova Southeastern University receiving a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have over 15 years experience working as mental health therapist and addiction counselor. I specialize in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, personality disorders, and ADHD. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and integrative therapy. My style is warm, transparent, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor and Board Certified as a Temperament Specialist and Clinical Supervisor by the National Christian Counselors Association. In addition, I'm Supreme Court Certified County, Family, and Circuit-Civil Mediator and Court appointed Child Custody Evaluator; Certified Thinking for a Change Facilitator. Also, I facilitate and provides counseling and coping mechanism, and adjustments techniques to the reentry individuals transitioning from jails and prisons as well as helping their family members with the life adjustments and understanding chronic disorders, pharmacological regimens and management.
