Ultimately, this approach can result in a depth and breadth of self-discovery, presence, joy and peace that most spiritual traditions claim to be extremely rare. The aim of our approach is to enjoy life with happiness; no more and no less. Our physiology is at the core of happiness.
My approach is based on my own lived experience. I have survived every known sort of traumatic experience, recovered from "incurable" illness, transformed misery into peace and happiness and thrived when others in the medical professions said I was finished. If you are ready and motivated for change, I know of a way to happiness that you can apply from day 1
I am an assistant educator in the Somatic Experiencing trainings worldwide. This gives me the privilege of effecting positive change in individual lives. It also empowers me to work with, understand & influence the work of psychiatrists, physicians, psychotherapists and other helping professionals at a multicultural scale.
