In our sessions, I will try to bring a sense of calm confidence between you and me based on trust. My hope for our sessions is to create a safe space where you can share your past experiences, explore options for your future, and provide skills to get you there. I won’t leave you alone or lead you on your journey, but walk next to you as we learn more about you, your needs, and your goals.
