I also offer Individual DBT therapy for people in Tennessee, including Skills Coaching by phone, Individual Therapy and group. Dialectical Behavior Therapy is a highly effective, well researched therapy. The work demands a lot from Therapist and client. And it is worth it! Most clients report that my sense of humor and authenticity is one of the reasons they like working with me. I really value the use of "irreverence" in DBT.

Groups
Adult DBT group Online
Online DBT groups for Adults offered on Wednesdays. DBT Group focuses on training skills that are helpful for managing overwhelming emotions, getting through a crisis without making it worse, setting boundaries and asking for what you want, changing self talk to a kinder gentler voice. Group is $70 per session. Group is offered on Wednesdays from 12pm-1:30pm, or 4:30 to 6pm, or 6:30 to 8pm central time.
