With years of experiences as a Mental Health Counselor, I currently serve as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. My areas of expertise include working with severely mentally ill persons, clients with adjustment issues such as relational problems, anxiety, depression that may contribute to mild to moderate impairment in functioning,as well as Adolescent and community based populations. I also work with clients diagnosed with PTSD and Mood disorders.
I was trained as a Mental Health Counselor and currently Licensed in New York state. I am an interactive solution-focused therapist, whose approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges, integrating complimentary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach.
