I offer compassion and open minded perspectives to those in need of a judgment free space to discuss their stress and worry. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families struggling with a variety of personal and relational concerns. As shared by my favorite writer Brene Brown, “The last thing we need in the midst of our struggles is shame for being human.”

I am trained in exploring family interactions to address patterns of behavior affecting my clients' relationships. While I am able to treat a wide variety of issues, my focus is working with those struggling with perfectionism, co-dependency, and the healing process for adult children of alcoholics/addicts.
