We are Christian centered and use a variety of research-based therapeutic methods of counseling to find what works best for our clients. I believe therapy should be started with the end in mind, so our goal is to bring about peace and balance in a timely manner.
We offer a variety of counseling services, individual, couples and family therapy using EMDR, DBT, CBT therapy. Confidentiality, respect, empathy, and values make counseling unique for each individual. Medicaid is honored as well as private insurances. Family and Civil Mediation, DBT Substance use groups, and medication referrals are available.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Group
This group is designed to include six (6) people. The group will teach clients about the concepts and use of Dialectics as a mode of emotional control. Clients will be offered a concise and up to date wealth of information in regards to DBT and how to get the most out of DBT skills training group. I believe people should start therapy with the end of it in mind. Prices at reasonable and medicaid insurance is accepted. Classes are being formed now.
