I have 50+ years of experience as a therapist, life/retirement transition coach/ money and relationship coach, consultant, speaker, writer and group and workshop facilitator. I work with individuals and couples who are dealing with "what's next?" and want help to develop a sense of well-being as they navigate the "second half of life." I am noted for my warmth, humor, "optimistic realism" and strong belief in the importance of living a full life with connection, engagement and purpose and meaning. I also work with college students and adults with a variety of life transition issues.
I utilize my understanding of adult development, positive psychology and holistic life planning combined with my own personal and professional experiences to help people clarify their vision for "what's next?" so they can make conscious and intentional decisions to create a fulfilling and meaningful life.
During Covid- 19 I only offer teletherapy and telecoaching. I am co-author of "The Couple's Retirement Puzzle: 10 Must-Have Conversations for Creating an Amazing Life Together, " and have contributed to a number of other books. I offer groups, workshops, seminars and keynote speeches to professionals and the public on a variety of topics.
