But as difficult as it can be to ask for help, I know from experience that it is well worth it to collaborate with a professional who understands you, genuinely wants to help you reach your goals and become the best person you can be. I look forward to establishing connections with individuals who are looking for practical, compassionate and effective solutions to their problems.
I am an EMDR therapist who specializes in trauma work and caring for individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder. Additionally, I enjoy working with parents, health care providers, first responders and caregivers. Ideally, my clients are those who have a problem to solve, and want help seeing that problem more objectively.
