While guides often have knowledge the traveler may not, the guide is there to share their knowledge and journey with them on their travels to the goals/destination they seek to reach. I have a specific interest in helping clients learn and utilize healthy living skills such as improved nutrition and exercise to help them increase self-esteem, manage their moods, deal with anxiety and depression symptoms, and help them empower themselves to feel strong inside and out.
