My therapeutic approach is a gentle combination of attuned dialogue, art therapy, guided self-care techniques and mindful self-inquiry. I offer the TARA Approach (integrative energy medicine) to ease symptoms, aid trauma resolution, and empower you to experience greater resilience and balance while uncovering your essential self.
The TARA Approach and Art Therapy are my two powerful specialties. As a seasoned therapist and past school social worker, I also enjoy empowering people through healthy, assertive communication as a key to happy relationships. I am also experienced in working with seniors, people struggling with illness and their caretakers.
