I enjoy supporting people in their quest to improve their relationships and their lives. I counsel children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Therapy can help to identify the ways in which we are contributing to poor relationships and take steps to change! Therapy can also help to clarify if a relationship can be improved and is worth salvaging.
I hold a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a dually-accredited program at Capella University and am a licensed marriage & family therapy associate.
