We all struggle at times. Although we try our best to manage, sometimes our struggles are more than we can handle. It is at these times that we most need someone to be there for us; someone who can be genuine, non-judgmental, and supportive; someone who will listen and accept us. It is at these times that we often find it hardest to ask for help, yet need it the most. I have been helping people during these difficult times for the past five years.
I am a board certified clinical psychologist with a great deal of experience treating depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I feel therapy should go beyond alleviating symptoms; therapy should also help people develop the capacity to live their lives with a greater sense of freedom and possibility.
