I try to take a customized approach to each client depending on their needs. This may include looking at early life relationships and issues; cognitive-behavioral therapy; as well as mind-body practices such as meditation and mindfulness that neuroscience has increasingly validated.

But like the great therapist Carl Rogers, these days I'm more likely to ask: How can I provide a relationship that this person may use for their own personal growth?
