I use insight-oriented and cognitive-behavioral approaches. I also use positive psychology and mindfulness techniques along with other relaxation strategies. I do EMDR to help with PTSD issues. I help you to tap into your strengths and inner resources and help you to find more meaning and purpose in your life and to be stronger and more compassionate.
