I practice transpersonal psychology which focuses on the integration of body, mind and spirit. This helps to bring balance to your life and is effective in bringing about lasting, positive change.

Specialties are relationships, trauma, addiction and co-addiction. I work with dual-diagnosis, related to abuse, ptsd; anxiety and depression. I am a trained mediator and child custody evaluator.
I am a certified yoga therapist, and can help you learn to relax, reduce and manage your stress and even overcome insomnia.
I am trained in Eastern and Western psychology and addictions.
