As prey animals, horses are sensitive to all aspects of their environment and are masters of non-verbal communication. In the wild their survival depends upon their ability to intuitively assess everything and everyone around them. Gain enhanced self awareness, become empowered to make internal choices and changes and experience lasting and fulfilling external results. Focus areas include: Self Discovery, Personal Development, and Growth, Recovery from Addiction and Co-Dependence and Assertiveness Training. By kinesthetically exploring how and why we do things, we become conscious observers of our own behaviors, as well as the thoughts and feelings that create them. Sundays 1-3:15.

Gaining Body Wisdom Workshop
~Reclaim, Re-Story and Love your Body~ In this powerful workshop, you will playfully explore the story and messages that you are carrying in and about your body. Through a series of experiential activities, mindful interactions with animals, and meditative journaling, you'll be given the opportunity to fully reflect on your relationship with your body, and to "re-story" any parts of the relationship that aren't working for you.
