These include psychoeducational assessments, neurodevelopment assessments, CBT, EMDR, Play Therapy, ACT, Brainspotting, empirical interventions, cognitive restructuring. I also supervise graduate student therapist(s) which allows for discounted therapy sessions for clients in need.
Although I have spent years in school and in practice learning the science of psychology, I have spent more years in life studying and interacting with people. Combining my own life experiences with extensive professional training gives me a special perspective in therapy- an empathetic perspective that gets results.
