I have experience working with adolescents and adults. I'm trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Complex Trauma/Dissociative Disorders. My specialty is in treating complex trauma and dissociation which is often paired with anxiety, depression, life changes, stress management, behavior, and relationship issues.
