I believe in the importance of providing a safe space for you as a woman, to discuss your concerns. Whether you're navigating a challenging relationship, dealing with a family member, facing workplace difficulties, or wishing to explore a personal issue, you’re not alone. I’m here to help. Please don’t let the idea of "telehealth" deter you. I strive to make our virtual sessions feel as connective as in-person ones, with a therapy style that is supportive and non-judgmental. As we work together to bring clarity to your unique situation, we may also build strategies for you to feel more empowered to live life as the woman you are.
My practice caters well to women 35+ who value personal growth and are ready to commit to a journey of self-exploration. I’m experienced in the area of divorce; providing you support “before, during & after”. I specialize in recognizing the challenging dynamics of coercive control, antagonistic relationships and narcissistic style partners.
I'm here to work together with you around your concerns; making sure you feel heard. Whether it's your marriage or something else, let's talk. I invite you to reach out through this page to arrange a free 15-minute confidential phone conversation. The first step may not be the easiest, but it can bring you one step closer to feeling better.

Nature & Forest Therapy Walks (aka Forest Bathing)
Connecting to nature through all of your senses can help you connect to yourself. Forest Therapy, also known as Forest Bathing can bring about feelings of peace, helping you to better find your place in this world. Science has proven that Forest Therapy improves mood, lowers cortisol levels, calms anxiety and assists in healing stress. It lowers blood pressure and boosts the immune system. Our walks are slow and less than a mile. They can take 2 - 3 hours with time for safe sharing. Come out and spend quiet time with nature and let nature spend time with you.
