Mental Health Support and Wellness group is open; I'm unable to take on individuals seeking individual general mental health counseling. We are a family owned outpatient practice that focuses on quality care, ethical practice and we have excellent client outcomes. We work with children (aka,littles), adolescents, teens, and all adults. ADHD, anxiety, school issues, behavior issues, oppositional defiant, depression, trauma, grief, personality disorders, PTSD, social issues, change of life issues, adjustment issues, later life issues, anger issues, divorce issues, separation anxiety, blended family issues, post COVID issues and many more. We use many treatment approaches including EMDR. We have a specialized play therapy suite, art room and the office is very comforting and inviting. We also work collaboratively with your physicians to assist in continuity of care.

Trena Jenkins is a Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor in Ohio who has been practicing since 2000. She has an MSW from The Ohio State University. Trena believes every person should be treated with dignity and respect no matter what challenges they are facing. She will provide you with a supportive environment where you can safely explore and work through the thoughts, feelings, and experiences that are interfering with your quality of life. By working together, Trena will help you to gain the strength and personal growth needed for you to move forward with life and living.

Michelle views clients through a client centered and trauma informed lens and has advanced training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Her main areas of focus include anxiety, depression, behavior/oppositional defiance and trauma.

Emily Broad is a Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor in Ohio who has been practicing since 2013. Emily helps clients manage and regulate difficult emotions by using DBT informed skills, CBT, MI, and a solution focused approach. She empowers clients with a client centered approach. Emily helps clients process trauma and cope with the effects of trauma using a trauma informed approach and EMDR.

Hello there! My name is Katie and I'm a licensed professional counselor in the state of Ohio. I have a passion for working with teens and young adults struggling with, but not limited to; stress and anxiety, depression, OCD, self-esteem, and other phase of life issues. My approach to therapy involves utilizing Person-Centered Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to create an environment of problem-solving by building on personal interests and strengths. However, I adapt my approaches to best suit the needs of my clients!

This is your journey, and as your therapist, I can be a helpful guide along the way. Sometimes folks are afraid of "starting over with a new therapist" or "having to rehash the past". It's totally valid to be nervous about opening up to a new person, practically a stranger, but the good news is, we can start right where you are! I have found my "home" as a therapist with the intervention called EMDR, but have witnessed the benefits of other interventions I am trained in including: CBT, DBT, CAMS, and Expressive Arts Therapies. Suicidal ideation, depression, and trauma (including surviving abuse) are my specialties.
