When someone pulls out the dessert at events, you probably feel embarrassed, ashamed, and tend to withdraw because the thoughts you have about food consume you. It makes total sense that you believe if you were “the right size” you’d be happy and content with your body. The way we think and feel about our bodies and food directly impact our mental and physical health. In reality, the guilt and anxiety you have around food is what you need some support around – I get that and I am here for you!
Through our work together, I support my clients in understanding the emotional and psychological aspects of their eating disorder, providing them with the tools to build a healthier relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves. Together, we navigate the path towards sustainable, health-promoting behaviors that are rooted in self-love and self-care.
I use evidence-based modalities such as Health at Every Size (HAES), EMDR, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy to help my clients not only heal their relationship with food but also cultivate a deep sense of body acceptance. I firmly believe that everyone deserves to feel at home in their own skin and make choices that truly promote their well-being.

Virtual Meal Support Group
This virtual group is for those who are struggling with eating disorders or are in recovery from an eating disorder and looking for additional support around meal times. This group takes place every Tuesday from 1-2pm and all you need is to bring yourself and your lunch. Therapeutic support will be provided and skill building is an ongoing topic addressed.
