I' am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. I provide individual, family, and couple's therapy. I earned my Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Maryland University College and a Masters in Counseling from Webster University. I've worked in many different clinical settings to include outpatient counseling and inpatient treatment at a psychiatric hospital along with working as an outpatient assessment counselor for a nonprofit organization.

With over 20 years of professional experience and after years of private practice, I left the therapy world when I discovered the opportunity to advocate for individual and families. As a Therapeutic Consultant, my primary goal was to help individuals find the best fit for interventions for mental and physical health care. I soon discovered that the best fit can't happen without good diagnostics first. A team approach is the heart of our program, uncovering what is truly wrong, or right, about your body, mind, spirit, and lifestyle. I am a licensed social worker with 8 years of experience providing grief support and counseling to clients in need. I received my Bachelors degree in social work from Stephen F Austin State University and my Masters in social work from the University of Texas Arlington. I am a passionate and empathetic counselor that has experience helping children, families and individuals working through grief and loss.
