Having the pleasure of working with kids, adults, couples and families for the past 20+ years has taught me that not all storms come to disrupt our life, some come to clear our path. My role is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore challenges you may be facing. I will customize your treatment plan utilizing a variety of evidence-based practices aimed to help you forge a fulfilling and meaningful future. Some of the modalities I offer include but are not limited to; the Gottman Method, EMDR, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral, therapeutic coping skills and play and art based therapies.
I offer flexible scheduling, including evening appointments. I have extensive experience working with couples, families, children and adults. I am the daughter of a Vietnam Veteran, the proud spouse of a wounded warrior and a military mom. One of my many specialties is working with service members and their families.
