I am a friendly and experienced board-certified counselor dedicated to helping children, teenagers, and adults alike. I have over two decades of experience working with anxiety, grief, depression, and emotional and behavioral disorders. I further have worked extensively with forensic cases in treatment and evaluative roles, particularly as an expert in mental health testing and diagnosis. Since founding Mansfield Counseling, I have completed over 1200 diagnostic evaluations and assessments.
Asking for help is never easy, and I am dedicated to creating a safe space for individuals to explore the challenging places in their lives. My experience includes counseling individuals with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, communication issues, and various mental health concerns. I also enjoy helping with men's health and body image concerns.
