I enjoy working with clients of all ages, from all cultural backgrounds and from all walks of life. I offer outreach therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups. After graduate school, I moved to Massachusetts, where I worked in both the traditional office setting, and in outreach, where I counseled clients in their homes. My lifelong love and appreciation for the outdoors called me to make a bold move to Montana. This is where I was exposed to the many opportunities to use my love of the outdoors to enrich the therapeutic process.

I completed the following degrees, licenses, & certifications to provide comprehensive care for clients: Registered Nurse, Functional Medicine Practitioner, Board-Certified Faith-Based Therapist, Psychology Graduate, Licensed Minister, & Certified Life/Wellness Coach. I am fundamentally motivated to lead others to overcome challenges & odds as I serve them by offering advice, education, treatment & emotional support helping to make an impact that produces positive substantial changes in their lives. In addition, I utilize labs and licensed pharmaceutical-grade nutraceuticals to help my clients achieve better health.

As a therapist working for over twenty-five years with Family Counseling Service, Charlie's Place Recovery Center, multiple Employee Assistance Programs, and in private practice, I have assisted many employees of the City of Corpus Christi, CCISD, the RTA, Christus Spohn Health Care Systems, and many national EAP Programs. I worked for over 15 years in the Nueces County Juvenile Justice Center, am a Designated Mental Health Provider for multiple State Licensing Boards, and as a Critical Incident Stress De-Briefer. My experience has taught me that there are life situations that people go through which can benefit from counseling.

My life experiences have enabled me to become the compassionate, empathetic and non- judgmental therapist that I strive to be. I am a true believer in the Holistic approach to counseling. I believe wellness comes from treating the whole person: physical, mental , spiritual and emotional health. A healthy diet, exercise, rest, and medical check-ups are vital to staying mentally and physically healthy. I’m an LPC and RPT. I work with all populations: individual, couples, families n children. I provide a safe space to work collaboratively with my clients and together we can work on your goals. I’m bilingual fluent in Spanish.
