My life experiences have enabled me to become the compassionate, empathetic and non- judgmental therapist that I strive to be. I am a true believer in the Holistic approach to counseling. I believe wellness comes from treating the whole person: physical, mental , spiritual and emotional health. A healthy diet, exercise, rest, and medical check-ups are vital to staying mentally and physically healthy. I’m an LPC and RPT. I work with all populations: individual, couples, families n children.
