I am able to offer effective, individualized psychotherapeutic care. I treat a number of behavioral health conditions: depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, PTSD, and also relationship / communication issues, with individuals and couples. My focus is to help, heal, energize, for your inner strength awareness. I achieve this by providing a neutral, safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing your treatment plan. I promise to be there for you during this healing journey. My goals: your growth from your struggles, healing from your pain, and moving forward to where you want to be in life.
Fee for service specialties: solution focused brief psychotherapy; clinical and non-clinical supervision toward social work licensure; Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) psychotherapy; faith-based psychotherapy for healing and wholeness; life coaching for growth, discovery, development and goal attainment.
