My ideal client is someone who has experienced something in their life that prompted them to want to change some aspect of themselves and their environment. Because change is always hard, even when for the better, you may need some assistance with implementing change and everything that comes along with change such as resistance from family and friends, establishing new boundaries and gaining a renewed sense of self.
