I offer an authentic presence within a collaborative, lively relationship in which self-discovery can be non-threatening and perhaps, even fun. I am committed to sharing everything I know which I believe will help heal the difficulties in one's life. I am inspired each day by the courage clients have each moment they show up for therapy. I became a therapist because, to me, the value in life comes when you return to your value within.

As someone who wants to change the world, I chose the counseling profession because I came to believe the best way to facilitate that change is by helping individuals, marriages, and families become fully healthy emotionally, physically, relationally, and spiritually.

I am a Master’s level Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s level certificate in Addiction Studies. My specialties in psychotherapy include providing therapeutic services for teens 12 and older, working with survivors of domestic violence, and treating individuals with substance abuse disorders. I also help clients with issues including intimate partner violence, depression, anxiety, responding to anger, life transitions, and low self-esteem.

I am a licensed LCSW/LCAC/LCADCA in Kentucky/Indiana with 7 years of clinical work experience and over 5 years of working with various populations. I attended Bellarmine University with a concentration in Psychology. I have a BSW and an MSSW from The Kent School of Social Work. I have experience in helping clients heal through stress, anxiety, substance abuse, childhood/lifetime trauma, PTSD, borderline personality, depression, self-esteem, family conflict, sexual dysfunction, professional career stress, and anger management.
