My private practice, Health and Therapy for Women, serves clients looking for comprehensive care, addressing medical and mental health issues. My practice focus includes: coping with medical/chronic illness, individual/group psychotherapies, grief/loss support, animal-assisted therapies, and opioid use disorder treatment. Psychotropic medications are added to a treatment plan after non-pharmacological alternatives have been applied and the client continues to have emotional distress interfering with levels of functioning.
