How can I support you with your mental health or addiction? I became a mental health professional after struggling with my own mental health challenges and addiction for 25 years. I approach healing from the perspective of my own lived experience. With over 10 years practicing therapy support, I bring a holistic person centered approach. I earned a Master's in Psychology with a concentration in Addictions Counseling from Kaplan University in 2013. I was certified as a Peer Specialist in 2017 and as a CPS- Addictive Diseases the following year. I believe that If I can do it, you can too!
